The project goal is to present an alternative to the auto-centric and entertainment-based Sudbury Masterplan that considers gaining-in-place, intergenerational interaction and the mingling of social groups in varying financial needs in hope of lessening the effects of urban isolation.
The project is to treat the market space as a common ground and gateway between marketgoers and the episodically homeless, socially isolated and financially burdened populations.
